The drilling faucet mainly consists of the following parts:
Valve: This is a key component for controlling fluids, which includes various types of valves, such as three-way valves, baffle valves, and ball valves.
Fluid control equipment: These devices are used to control the flow and pressure at the wellhead, such as misaligned cone wheels and elastic throats.
Connector: They are responsible for connecting the wellhead to the drill pipe.
Inner pipe: composed of piston, sealing gasket, valve disc, shock absorber pad, spring and other components. The piston is the core component of the faucet, and its upper end is connected to the inner pipe, while its lower end is connected to the drill pipe.
Outer pipe: composed of steel pipe body, ball gate, joint and other parts, its main function is to cooperate with other components, ensure sealing with the wellhead, and prevent mud overflow at the wellhead.
The above components work together to meet the water supply demand during the drilling process.

The swivel includes two main categories, which are common swivel and double duty swivel. Double duty swivel is a common swivel combined with a spinner. Common swivel consists of swivel bail, shell, support, goose-neck, central pipe, master bearing, joint and other parts. The lower end is connected with kelly stem by REG thread. The swivel bail is hung on the hook. Goose-neck and rotary hose can be connected by REG thread connection or union connection.Wash-pipe packing set assembly adopts cassette structure, so it can be quickly replaced without disassembling rotary hose and goose-neck. 3LP and 4LP internal or external thread hose connection thread are available for you. We can also manufacture low temperature resistant water swivel according to customer's requirements.
